There is a lot of social media outrage at Donald Trump Jr after he posted a meme about Skittles compared to Syrian refugees. The argument is that you wouldn’t eat a handful of Skittles from a bowl if you knew a few were poisoned, so why would you let in refugees and risk one of them being a terror threat? Come on man, everyone knows if you’re gonna use a candy to compare to people say Peanut M&Ms.
