What? How can the “Dog Whisperer” be under investigation for animal cruelty?
Cesar Millan is fighting off LA country animal control officials over an episode of his show after Millan put a dog in a pig pen to get him to get used to being submissive to other animals. The dog ended up attacking the pigs. The animal rights activists believe Millan and his staff held down a pig making a sequel which caused the dog to go frantic and attack the pig.
