A woman went to the doctor because of some eye swelling, the doctor ended up finding a contact lens lodged in a cyst which had flared up after being under her eyelid for 28 years. The lens got lodged up there when she got hit with a shuttlecock at 14 years old and assumed the thing fell out. Most badminton injuries are just dealing with the emotional distress that you were a badminton player.
