Dirty Dancing Lake Now Just A Sad, Mud-Filled Pit

Thousands of fans annually flock to the Mountain Lake Lodge in Virginia, which was a stand-in for Kellerman’s Resort in Dirty Dancing. The fans are routinely disappointed to find that the famous lake from the film is now a muddy pit. The Guardian reports that the water evaporated nearly ten years ago, but fans keep coming to see the mud pit. The reboot will be Filthy, Germ-Filled Dancing.
