Did Dikembe Mutombo Reveal The NBA Draft Lottery Is Rigged?

It doesn’t seem like too big of a deal that Dikembe Mutombo tweeted out a congratulations to his former team, the Philadelphia 76’ers, on winning the number one spot in the NBA draft lottery…until you realize the draft was not supposed to begin for another two hours. The draft has always been under scrutiny for people believing it is rigged because of some of the unbelievable first picks there have been. The real answer is obvious though. Dikembe is paranormal, he’s either a psychic or a time traveler. There is no other option.
