Underwear company Frigo is suing Derek Jeter for pulling out a deal he made with them to be an investor. He pulled out completely when they obtained 50 Cent as their spokesperson, Jeter felt 50 was too “urban”. Guess the Captain just couldn’t justify selling underwear that had pockets for handgun clips.
