A Woman from Champlain, Minnesota is taking crazy neighbor to the level after writing a series of disturbing anonymous letters to the family next door including one that stated “The children look delicious. May I have a taste?” The woman confessed to police she was terrorizing the family because the children were noisy and would leave stuff on her porch. Geez, just pick up a dozen cats and slip into a house dress like the rest of crazy neighbor ladies.
