Cowherd Continues ESPN’s Summer Of Implosion
Controversial ESPN Radio host Colin Cowherd is leaving the Worldwide Leader for Fox Sports, according to The Big Lead. A deal with Fox hasn’t been finalized yet, but it would reunite him with executive Jamie Horowitz, with whom he worked with on “SportsNation.” The Hollywood Reporter hints a daily show and a spot on “Fox NFL Sunday” are in the works.
And it’s not just personalities leaving ESPN. The NHRA announced a move to Fox Sports earlier this week, which will begin in 2016 after the drag racing series paid ESPN to opt out of their contract early.
