Congressman Suggests Sexting Out The Vote

Democratic Congressman James Clyburn of South Carolina wants to make sure people get to the polls early to vote. He thinks voters should use modern technology to get the word out including “sexting”. He’s either confused about what sexting is or he honestly feels some tit shots will encourage a big turn out.
