Well, the titles certainly have gotten lazy, but there seems to be as many explosions, fights, guns, boobs and fast driving as we’ve come to expect from this franchise. The death of Paul Walker this year will certainly dominate the film’s publicity when it comes out this April (he is well featured in the trailer). But of all the recent additions to the franchise, seeing two of today’s most charismatic B movie stars, The Rock and Jason Statham, opposite 80s icon Kurt Russell seems like a promising addition to the seventh and expected to be the final film in the franchise.
