An Italian circus is facing fraud charges after charging customers to pose for photos with 2 pandas that turned out to be dogs painted to look like the bears. Suspicious visitors were told the animals were actually a half-panda, half-dog hybrids. The people that bought that story were actually half-rube, half-mark hybrid.
