Chronic Ejaculator Finally Caught In Japan

Tetsuya Fukuda has been arrested in Tokyo for ejaculating on over 100 women. Many of his attacks happened on the subway where he claims he couldn’t control himself. Authorities believe he cut holes in his jacket to get the deed done unnoticed. He’ll be a great addition to the Subway Pervert Wing in Japanese prison.
