We The Kongos in San Francisco and were blown away by them. They were at a bar that only held 79 people and they weren’t even the headliner. We were expecting just another bar band to come in and blow our ear drums away with over amplified noise. What we got was an extremely unique experience that I can’t even really describe. These guys are going to be huge, They are definitely rockstars! They have a very interesting story, they are four brothers with the last name Kongos and their dad Johhny Kongos was a popular singer in Europe and South Africa in the 60’s and they have a very unique sound. They are based out of Arizona but they are becoming very popular in South africa and draw big crowds over there.
