Capitals hockey player Evgeny Kuznetsov was caught on film face timing someone with a couple of rails and a dollar bill placed in front of him. He claims he wasn’t doing any drugs and wants to be drug tested. He could also claim it was medicinal cocaine that excuse usually works.
