When Lou finally got married he wanted to live in the house with his parents, but his wife said no and the couple ended up buying an apartment down the street. Now anyone with descent credit can live like Lou and all they’ll need 400k. That’s less than the minimum yearly contract in baseball which is $507,000 dollar. Even the worst relief pitcher in the majors can afford that house.
