The Neil Armstrong Biopic “First Man” foregoes using a scene of the astronaut planting the American flag on the moon. Ryan Gosling who stars as Armstrong said the decision was deliberate because the moon landing “transcended countries and borders.”. This has Buzz Aldrin and Marco Rubio really pissed off. Come on guys, you didn’t even need to buy a new flag, they put all the stuff from that moon landing soundstage into storage.
