The Internet was buzzing after Matt Drudge falsely reported on The Drudge Report that Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in the upcoming film The Revenant is raped by a bear… twice. Not only was this incorrect, as the scene depicts a graphic mauling, Drudge also wrote audience members were so disturbed by the “rape” that they left the theater during a screening. Too bad, would have been an Oscar nod for sure.
