Singer Chris Brown wanted to tour in Australia, so he applied for a visa — except the immigration minister denied his application on character grounds. Brown pled guilty to beating then-girlfriend and international star Rihanna. Brown might be bummed about Australia’s ruling, but he’ll just have to live with the fact that he can only make millions touring in North America, Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe.
