Amtrak Cutting Dining Cars Because Of “Millennials”

Amtrak’s dining cars have been a communal tradition for as long as there have been Amtrak trains but they’re being eliminated and replaced with cold or microwaved pre-packaged meals you can enjoy in your own seat.
The “cozy” Amtrak dining cars don’t work with young adults because they don’t want to share a table with strangers when unwrapping their tin foil hot dog. Precious.
