Alphabet Will Fly Balloons Over Puerto Rico To Solve Phone Service Issues

Alphabet, Google’s parent company, plans to fly 30 Project Loon balloons that are designed to extend Internet connectivity, 12 miles above Puerto Rico that will once again restore wireless networks to open lines of communication after Hurricane Maria.

Any chance those balloons can also drop a couple paper towel rolls!?
