Air Traffic Controller Found Shirtless, Passed Out While On Duty

An Arkansas air traffic controller was found shirtless and passed out at 7:45am while on duty. He was found that way after a pilot waiting to take off wasn’t getting any response from the tower. He refused a breathalyzer when he was arrested. The weird part of this story is that he’s no different than most of the people in Arkansas at the time of the morning.
