A woman caught a man masturbating to her on the NYC subway late Monday night. After a witness hopped off the train to follow the masturbator and film him, the man who couldn’t keep it in his pants allegedly pulled out a handgun and told the witness to mind his own business. Now it turns out he’s retired NYPD.
