No More Apple for Russia

As more and more companies are boycotting selling or buying from Russia Apple announced that it will suspend all product sales in the country. “Last week, we stopped all exports into our sales channel in the country. Apple Pay and other services have been limited. RT News and Sputnik News are no longer available for download from the App Store outside Russia,” Apple said. “And we have disabled both traffic and live incidents in Apple Maps in Ukraine as a safety and precautionary measure for Ukrainian citizens.”

Well this is sure to turn things around for Ukraine.

HBO is in the Live Sports Biz Now

HBO Max made a deal to broadcast the U.S. Women’s and Men’s National Soccer Team matches, airing 20 a year for eight years. Some of the games will be exclusive to the streamer and others will on TNT or TBS as well. The 8 year deal reportedly cost HBO $200 million.

According to Zoe Kravitz,she interpreted Catwoman in the new The Batman movie as bisexual. Referring to her character’s relationship with a young woman named Anika, she says, ““So I don’t think we meant to go directly in that way, but you can interpret it that way for sure. She has an intimacy with that character and it’s a tremendous and deep caring for that character, more so than a sexual thing, but there was meant to be quite an intimate relationship between them.”

17 Jones Street has been literally whitewashed, all the graffiti painted over with white paint. The building was owned by Warhol, and was the home of Jean MIchel Basquiat for 5 years, a time period when he created some of his most famous art. He lived, and died there and ever since, artists have paid respect by tagging the building themselves.
