Cop Caught On Video Punching Woman In Head On Beach

A Jersey woman was caught getting hit by a police offer on the beach during this Memorial Day weekend. She says that she was underage but passed a breathalyzer. She says she tripped while backing away from the police officer and we see what happened next in the video.
