Bobby Collins, Charity Project Will Bring Jay Leno, and Paul Reiser To Perform

I’m finding that for every meme circulating the internet scolding producers or venue owners for asking comedians, musicians or artists to perform for “exposure”, there are also artists donating their time to worthy causes. Bobby Collins’ Project “Comics for a Cause” to benefit Zeno Mountain Farm will be doing just that. Not only will the big name performers be donating their time and talent, but all merchandise sales will also be donated to the worthy cause.
Jay Leno, and Paul Reiser are coming together for a night of nonstop laughter. Bobby Collins hosts and a few very special (funny) friends take the stage for the benefit of an organization that runs camps for people with and without disabilities.
Each camp has a theme that helps to focus and unify the group. The themes include but are not limited to filmmaking, theatre, high challenge sports, music, adventure travel and art. Annual camps are the catalyst for lifelong friendships between people with and without disabilities. Our homes are in Vermont, Los Angeles, Florida, Guatemala, Nantucket and anywhere else we come together. We gather year after year to be creative, thoughtful, outrageous, present, and to create a world unlike any other. We always tell people who want to know what camp is all about to “just come visit!”
The March 23rd comedy show will take place at The Hermosa Comedy and Magic Club of Hermosa Beach in Hermosa Beach, CA. Tickets and VIP packages ( including a meet and greet with the performers) are available at www.brownpapertickets.com
