The Best Pizza Cheese As Decided By Science
Researchers at the University of Auckland in New Zealand researched which cheese combination has the best consistency for pizza baking. Their studies found that that pizza cheese should be made up mostly of mozzarella. This was less of an experiment and more of just a way to get free pizzas with the university paying the bill. They’re still researching whether New York pizza totally dominates Chicago style.
