Please help me get custody of my grandchildren.
This is such a long and painful story, and believe it or not, I’m a pretty private person. I also want to avoid infringing on my son’s privacy, so I can’t say much. If you’re reading this and want more information just ask and I’ll tell you the whole story in private.
This is a fundraiser to raise money to pay legal fees to get custody of my grandchildren. Children and youth of NEPA have ignored my rights as a grandparent and coerced my son through threats and empty promises to sign his parental rights away to a woman who is of no relation to them. I never would have thought that a government funded agency that is put in place to uphold the rights of minors and protect them from harm would blatantly disregard the rights of a blood relative over this person who has made it her lifes goal to hurt my family. She has physically threatened both of my older children and leaves my grandchildren in the care of people who the grandchildren themselves have implicated in being the source of extensive bruising from their lower backs to their thighs. They are toddlers.
I have been refused the right to see my grandchildren for 3 years and havn’t even had a chance to meet my youngest grandchild yet because I was kept from them by the woman who now has custody of them.
My husband and I make too much money to qualify for legal aid, but not enough to pay for a lawyer.
