Joe goes to the same gym as Julia and when he saw her going into the tanning room where you need to write down your name, he took the chance to find out her name and started calling out to her when she came out. He then called himself from her phone and the next morning sent her a video of himself professing his love for her. If you’re gonna have a stalker, one who works out and is good at building things does not seem ideal.
