Today, daily web magazine Slate announced that they’re collaborating on a political comedy show with writers from the legendary comedy theater The Second City.

The traveling show, called Unelectable You, will tour the country right as the presidential race is at its most heated, from August 2016 until November. The tour will be making stops at 12-15 different cities, including a 4-6 week residency in The Second City’s hometown of Chicago. The complete tour date list has yet to be released.

The show will hold a critical lense to all aspects of the presidential election process, including “campaign trail scandals, what makes a candidate ‘electable,’ how voters consume political news, and much more.” The Second City team includes veteran director Matt Hovde and writers Steve Waltien, Tyler Alexander, Marla Caceres, Billy Bungeroth, Ed Furman, John Thibodeaux, Carley Moseley, and Scott Morehead. More information about the upcoming tour and its contents can be found at Unelectable You’s website.
