Dogs in California are eating so much marijuana that the Vets offices are filling up with stoned canines. “We see more cases than anybody in the world,” says Vet Joe Humble. “We’re well known up here” for pot-growing and everything that comes with it. “It’s kind of an embarrassment.” Also dogs watching cartoons is on the rise.
