NBC has bought the rights to the TV show “Hannibal” about the fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter. It will get the standard NBC treatment where Hannibal has girl trouble (whether to love her or eat her) and his wacky neighbor Multiple Miggs is always dropping by.
