Woman Sues Doctor for Properly Diagnosing Her
What do you do when your doctor gives you tests and actually correctly tells you what’s wrong with you? A Harlem woman is suing Dr. Yutsis for doing just that. She claims her rights were violated when her doctor performed an HIV test and informed her that she tested positive.
She had been in the doctor’s care for gastric bypass surgery. Although the woman wished to remain anonymous, she did have a statement:
“I’m working on things,” she said, focusing instead on how much weight she lost from the gastric-bypass surgery. “I’m slim and trim and sexy,” she said. “If I turn sideways, I’ll be marked absent.”
Sounds like she knows what she wants.
