A golf course in Wisconsin has decided to cancel its 9-11 promotion. Tumbledown Trails Golf Course had offered 9 holes of golf for the price of $9.11 to, as they put it, “commemorate” the anniversary of the 9-11 attacks. The owner of the course apologized saying he didn’t mean to cause offense, adding “I thought people would appreciate it.”
