Will Forte’s Mad-Mad-Mad-Weird Wedding Toast for Seth Meyers
Last night on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Will Forte was a guest. Forte’s new show “The Last Man on Earth” premieres on Sunday on FOX. Seth got personal, sharing the very-weird-only-could-have-been-delivered-by-Will-Forte speech that Will gave at Seth’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Well, he shared 30 seconds of a 6 minute toast. Apparently now everyone wants a Will-in-a-Wig toast at their wedding.
Last year when Will was on the show, they played a little ‘second chance theater’ performing Forte’s sketch that got cut from SNL, “Jennjamin Franklin.” This year he talked about a whole batch of rejected SNL sketches, including “Finders Keepers” the musical number, “Mr. Baker” about a school teacher who bribes people with sweaters, and “Will Forte Has Very Questionable Taste” which centers on Will getting in bed with Jennifer Garner. And “The Falconer” was a sketch where the Falconer learned it as a puppet, and Will was a character on a show. What are we waiting for? Lets make this happen.
