Why Did a Cop Shoot a Sunday School Teacher?

A witness came forward to dispute a Virginia police officer’s version of what happened when he shot and killed a woman in a church parking lot. The officer claims when he approached the woman in her Jeep Wrangler, she caught his arm in the window and started to drive off dragging him. However, a witness at the scene says there was no arm caught in the window and the car wasn’t moving. He says the cop shot her simply because she disobeyed his order to not put up the window.
