Whites-Only Scholarship Under Fire for Some Reason

Columbia’s ‘Lydia C. Roberts Graduate Fellowship’ has a stipulation that it will only be given out to a “person of the Caucasian race”.
What’s worse is it’s only given out to people from Iowa, who can’t study law and must return to Iowa for two years after graduating. That seems more like a punishment for white people than anything else.
