A 23 year old woman got caught presumably blowing a dog out on her front lawn as her neighbors watched. The cops were called where they found the woman naked and sexually manipulating the pit bull. She told police she was either high or bipolar. We’re willing to guess it was both. She got knocked for open or gross lewdness, which, frankly, is disrespectful to the dog.
