Weird Al Tells Tom Lennon Why He Wanted to Guest Edit Mad Magazine

Last night Thomas Lennon was the guest host on the Late Late Show and he brought in Weird Al to talk about why he wanted to be the first guest editor ever to edit and issue of Mad Magazine. Al said when he was 12 years old he told his school guidance counselor that he wanted to write for Mad Magazine when he grew up. Of course his guidance counselor told him there was no future in comedy, so Al went for a degree in architecture. The good news is Al didn’t listen to his guidance counselor and is a giant success in comedy. The other good news according to Al is that his guidance counselor has been dead for the last 30 years. Face!
