He charges up to $45,000 dollars for his treatment, which includes a hotel stay and plane tickets. The doctor noted a huge boom in couples from China who 98% of the time want boys. If it were up to the Chinese, there would be no Chinese woman and massage parlors would be filled with excess Russian prostitutes.
