Walmart Settles With Family of Jimmy Mack

AP is reporting that the family of James McNair has settled their wrongful death claim with Walmart for an undisclosed amount. McNair, known as Jimmy Mack was killed this summer when a Wal-mart truck crashed into the vehicle McNair was riding in along with Tracy Morgan, Ardie Fuqua and others. The amount of the settlement is confidential but an attorney representing the estate of James McNair told The Associated Press McNair’s children are pleased with the settlement.
