MTV’s VMA’s: Where Only The Celebrity Audience Reaction Matters
No one talks about who won what because it doesn’t matter at all. To think of it, did it ever matter? Maybe at one time when the channel still played music videos. Now the sole reason for putting on the event is to cram celebrities into one section of the theater and point more cameras at the crowd than are pointed at the stage.
People talk about who danced to what and who congratulated who on their way to the stage rather than what won in whichever category. Can we get a seperate category next year for Best Audience Reaction?
Miley Cyrus @ Taylor Swift
The internet’s aflutter over Miley not losing her shit over Taylor Swift’s performance. What the hell do you expect? You can’d twerk or masturbate to Taylor’s songs and that’s all Miley has at this stage of her career.

Blue Ivy @ Her Mother
Watch as this strain of marijuana does a little kid dance as her mother blasts the word feminist across a giant screen for no real reason. At least now we know for sure the child will grow up with zero substance.
Kardashian Clan @ Ferguson Tribute
Oh my god, the Kardashian’s looked bored and were texting while MTV aired a spot about the Ferguson uprising. It’s like they’re vapid or something.

Jennifer Lopez @ Usher
J Lo’s been doing this for a long time now. She gets to react however she wants after dealing with all these young upstarts.

Rita Ora @ Nicki Minaj
Who the f— is Rita Ora and why is there a camera in her face?

Taylor Swift @ Lorde
Finally, genuine happiness for a friend in the crowd. Though if you paid attention Swift lost her mind when anyone won anything and dance to every single performance so the gesture is lost in that.

Miley Cyrus @ Herself/Random Homeless Pawn
Here’s Miley so swept up in her PR teams idea to use this homeless guy to accept her meaningless MTV award. The molly must of really kicked in for her at this point.
