Vanessa Lachey Gets “Not Safe For Work” For NBC Pilot

Vanessa Lachey has joined the comedy pilot, “Not Safe For Work” being produced for NBC. The pilot is a workplace comedy focusing on a pair of male and female best friends whose relationship is challenged when he starts dating the so-called “perfect woman”. Vanessa Lachey has been cast as that perfect woman. Deadline describes her character as “Drea, the perky local morning news anchor who is self-conscious about maintaining her image.” “Not Safe For Work” co-stars Michael Cassidy and Christine Woods.
Vanessa was on the FOX sitcom “Dads” starring Seth Green, Giovanni Ribisi, Peter Riegert and Martin Mull during its one season. Plus, she’s also made appearances on the comedies, “30 Rock” and “How I Met Your Mother”.
