A Texas creeper took his perversion to a new level when he was leaving a gas station mini mart and saw a woman with a skirt walk in. The man who was leaving turned around and walked back in just to stick his cell phone camera under her dress to get a nice up skirt shot. The man not realizing a security camera captured his appalling act but two men outside outed the man when telling the woman what happened. Isn’t Technology great?
