The University of Delaware campus police released a parody of Drake’s “Hotline Bling” to raise awareness about public safety and using that blue phone. Nothing says “safety” like a good parody song. Unfortunately, 37 blue box emergency calls were missed during the production of the video… But did you see them nail those dance moves!?
