‘Undateable’ Renewed

Undateable

The sitcom “Undateable” has found a match with NBC. The sitcom will be back on the network next Summer after getting renewed for a 10 episode second season.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the series about a group of friends dubbed the “undateables,” based on the book by Ellen Rakieten and Anne Coyle, averaged 2.8 million viewers on Thursdays. The numbers were well above what a Summer replacement show was suppose to bring in and “Undateable” also out performed many of NBC’s fall sitcom debuts.

“Undateable” built its strength around a cast of improv comedians including Chris D’Elia, Brent Morin, Rick Glassman and Ron Funches. All of whom are returning for the second season.
