“Undateable” Goes Live On Tuesday
The hit NBC sitcom “Undateable” will be working without a net Tuesday night with a live one hour episode at 9pm et. The cast will do it live all over again that night for the West Coast audiences, so there will be two different live versions. NBC has gone live before with its TV series. “Undateable” is following in the proud tradition of “E.R.”, “30 Rock”, “Will & Grace” and “The West Wing”.
“Undateable” stars seasoned stand up comedians, Chris D’Elia, Brent Morin, Rick Glassman and Ron Funches. Those comics are used to working in front of live audiences. But then there’s the guest stars who could throw everything off. The live cast includes appearances by Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Neil Flynn, Christa Miller, Kate Walsh, Minnie Driver, Victoria Justice and Dr. Drew. Okay, we know Dr. Drew can go live. The one hour “Undateable” will also have surprise guests that viewers won’t see until it happens live. And that includes a super secret “Superstar Mystery Guest”.
