DOGTV, a new channel by Jasmine TV Ltd., will be available nationwide for Direct TV customers starting next month. According to DOGTV CEO Gilad Neumann, this new channel could keep dogs from becoming anxious and destructive while their owners are away. “The Barkelor” and “The Barkelorette” are projected to do extremely well.
