Toronto Mayor Admits To Smoking Crack Cocaine

Toronto mayor Rob Ford has admitted to smoking crack cocaine, six months after rumors began to swirl of a video showing Ford smoking the narcotic. Ford says that he may have done it in a drunken stupor and that reporters didn’t ask the correct questions when the reports initially came out. Ford will not resign since there technically isn’t a law that says the mayor can’t smoke crack.
