Tiger Woods Caddy Says He Was Treated Like A Slave

Steve Williams, Eldrick “Tiger” Woods’ caddy for years, has written a memoir about his time in the tour. And if you thought he’d be kind to his former employer, you’d be wrong. In fact, he now says he was treated horribly by Woods, per ESPN:

“One thing that really pissed me off was how he would flippantly toss a club in the general direction of the bag, expecting me to go over and pick it up,” Williams wrote. “I felt uneasy about bending down to pick up his discarded club, it was like I was his slave. The other thing that disgusted me was his habit of spitting at the hole if he missed a putt.”

He also brags about how he stood by him during his sex scandal. He also said he made him change his name after being beaten, but he may have confused that with a movie he saw once.
