Thief Returns 9 Year Olds 100 Pound Pumpkin

A 9 year old named Jaiden Newcomer won a 100 pound pumpkin by correctly guessing its weight at an okotberfest celebration but some sick bastard stole the pumpkin to Jaidens turmoil. The family returned home on sunday evening to see their pumpkin returned! It even had an apology note on it from the thief that read “I’m really sorry about taking your pumpkin. It was wrong of me. You earned the pumpkin. I didn’t think my actions through nor realize who they were affecting. Sincerest apologies.” So in the end everyone is happy, except the Pumpkin who will most likely get carved up in an ironic and undignified manner unfitting of a pumpkin of his stature.
